Susanjacks-Evergreen

Suan Jacks...1948년 8월 19일 캐나다에서 태어났으며, 14세때 1달러의 보수로 가수활동을 시작하였다. CBC-TV의 음악쇼의 정기 출연 당시에 체스맨이라는 밴드의 Terry Jacks를 만나게 되어 결혼하였다.

그리고 앨범 [Ghost]로 성공한, 우리에게 잘 알려진 "Evergreen"으로 유명한 싱어 Susan Jacks여성 특유의 부드럽고 섬세한 음성으로 들려 주고 있다.

MBC드라마 `아들과 딸들`에 삽입되어 우리에게 큰 인기를 모았던 수잔 젝스의 `EVERGREEN`이 수록되어 앨범...80년도 앨범이 다시 CD로 제작된 것은 우리나라가 최초라고 한다.

이곡은 인기 차트에 오르지 못한 숨겨진 포크의 명곡으로 우리나라에서도 거의 소개된 바 없다가

 MBC 드라마 "아들과 딸"에 삽입되어 국내에서 큰 인기를 끌었던 곡이다.
